Attorney Anne W. Schacherl has been engaged in the private practice of law since her graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School in 1979. Her practice at Anderson & Kent, S.C. is limited to estate planning and administration. In addition, Ms. Schacherl has been a Law Instructor at the Madison Area Technical College since 1981, teaching a variety of courses including: Administration of Estates, Business Law, Employment Law, Civil Litigation, and Legal Research. She also currently serves as MATC's Program Director for its two-year Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, is a member of several institutional committees, and is a co-author of the school's policy on Academic Integrity. Ms. Schacherl's other professional activities include serving as a lecturer at the UW-Madison Law School for such courses as the General Practice Course (Probate) and the Estate Planning and Settlement Seminar and serving as a volunteer speaker to area civic and professional groups on the subjects of Estate Planning and Settlement.
